Looking to Buy
If you've seen a kit for sale on our website, or are interested in joining our waiting list, message us with a bit of information about your situation and what you are hoping for. If it's a specific kit you are interested in tell us their 'nickname' or use their unique breed code. If you haven't decided yet then we may be able to recommend which kit is right for you based on their personality.

We'll get back to you to ask a few questions and if we think you could be a potential owner we'll discuss further and ask to see your set up. We are also happy to answer any questions including about cages you might be looking at and doing introductions to other chins!

Kits that aren't yet ready for their new home can be reserved with a small deposit, we'll then keep the owners updated on how they get on and let them know when they've been given their 'certificate of good health' from the vet.
Need to Re-home an Animal?
There are many reasons why people may need to give up a pet and here at C_Crew we do our best to put animals in need together with new owners. We provide a veterinary check for the chinchilla on arrival to our home and will hold them as long as needed to get their health in top condition. Once ready we will take the chin to it's new owner who will have already been checked and approved, no money is involved in the adoption process unless the new owners have requested specific health checks that require extra payment. We also offer new owners lifetime support if they need it.
Message us and we'll respond with a quick questionnaire asking for some basic details. This does not take long to fill in and is just to help us understand what is needed.
We don't judge and if we have the space we'll take your chin no matter the circumstances or condition. We do prefer to have cages handed over with animals but it is not necessary. If for some reason we are unable to take your chin in for re-homing, such as we do not have enough space at the time, then we will do our best to put you in contact with someone who can.

We are sometimes able to take in other small mammals or reptiles, but this is dependant on our space and whether or not we have appropriate facilities.
